At Eagle Park, we are incredibly proud of our unique students, supportive parents and carers, and  dedicated staff. Together, we create a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.

Our vision is to foster a love for learning in a high-quality, inclusive school founded on values like tolerance, respect, and kindness. We aim to prepare our students not just academically, but as compassionate and responsible young adults in an ever-changing world.

The well-being of our students is at the heart of everything we do. We offer a personalized curriculum with a strong focus on excellent teaching and learning, ensuring our students are confident, enthusiastic, and prepared for the future.

Safeguarding is a core priority, embedded in all aspects of school life—from recruitment to classroom behavior, health and safety, and child protection. Our staff are committed to providing a nurturing and secure learning environment.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated team of educators, therapists, and specialists who equip each student with the skills needed for their future learning journeys.

It is a privilege to be the Director of Education for Eagle Park School. The dedicated and skilled staff aspire to do their best for the pupils and testament to this was achieving an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ after just one year of opening. The mindset of the staff and pupils promote an ethos that is welcoming with a positive attitude towards learning.  Choosing the right school for their child is an important decision for any parent and our aim is that all pupils enjoy their time with us in a safe environment, where they can achieve their potential academically, develop socially  and learn valuable life skills.

We look for ways to develop our staff professionally and ‘grow our

talent’ continually striving to develop and strengthen the education and experiences that we offer our pupils.

Whilst improving pupils’ outcomes is paramount we recognise that staff well-being is at the forefront of being able to deliver this, regular  consultations help us to evaluate and support staff.

I Welcome you to Eagle Park School and look forward to working with you as we continue our journey.

I warmly welcome you to Eagle Park School. I am very proud to be part of this vibrant, happy and

caring school where children and families are firmly at the heart of everything we do.

Our school is a fantastic place to learn, play and work. We pride ourselves on our school being a specialist school for autism with a tight-knit, family feel. As staff we are able to really get to know each pupil, and work to meet their needs to the very best of our ability. We have high expectations for all the children and we value every one of them as a unique part of our community.

The curriculum here has been specially created and differentiated to meet the needs of each child. We believe in offering a hands-on approach to learning as it is by doing that we all best learn.

We aim to foster a lifelong love of learning and believe that our children deserve the very best as they travel on their learning journey with us. We work in partnership with parents, carers and members of our local communities to achieve that goal. An important part of our ethos is to value the partnership we have with parents, as we know that working closely together helps our children to benefit fully from school.

We value every member of staff in our team in our quest to ensure the best outcomes for all our students.
