SMSC at Eagle Park School
At Eagle Park School, our SMSC programme (Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education) is embedded across the curriculum and daily life. Students are given meaningful opportunities to explore values, reflect on their role in the world, and engage with important global and social themes.

One key strand of our SMSC offer is the student-led assembly programme, where pupils take ideas developed through lessons and group discussions and present them to the wider school community. These assemblies promote confidence, collaboration, and critical thinking, while reinforcing key themes through student voice.
Topics covered include:
-
Healthy Eating Week
-
Earth Day
-
Ocean Day
-
Ramadan Day
-
Black History Month
-
Mother’s Day
-
Road Safety Month
-
World Animal Day
From raising environmental awareness to exploring personal identity and community values, our SMSC programme helps students become thoughtful, responsible, and informed individuals.
Enterprise and Life Skills at Eagle Park School

This whole-school effort extended to all age groups, with students actively participating in seasonal cooking activities, building confidence and independence in the kitchen.
